We had a wonderful stay at Gold House. The room was sparkling clean with a cozy, fully equipped bathroom. The provided amenities like shampoo, towels, and hairnets were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the small balcony that came with our room. The lady running the guesthouse was incredibly sweet and even left goodies in our room every morning. The Lavazza coffee machine, milk, and juices provided made for a great start to our day. The guesthouse being quiet and private, with only a few rooms, added to the peacefulness of our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the air conditioner making a noise and the walk to the station and city center being a bit tiring, overall I would still recommend Gold House.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful nearby area of Cinque Terre, as it was very close to the Central railway station. Additionally, there were plenty of shops, bakeries, and restaurants right outside the building, making it incredibly convenient. The room itself was amazing, with luxury furniture, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as having a coffee machine in the hallway for guests to use. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the central railway station, making it easy to explore the city and nearby areas. The surrounding area also offers plenty of dining options, including a nearby pub. The rooms themselves are clean and well-maintained, with useful facilities like a washing machine and free coffee and tea.
The noise level in the rooms can be an issue, as guests have reported being able to hear noise from neighboring rooms through the walls at night.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the train station and other attractions. the room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. We also liked that the hosts provided us with complimentary wine glasses when they saw that we had brought wine with us.
The communication with the hotel staff was a bit difficult, as not all of them spoke English fluently. We also had some issues with noise from other rooms, as the walls seemed to be quite thin.

Had a wonderful Easter trip! The room was new and had lovely furniture. The bathroom had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. We loved the comfortable bed and the free parking on the street. There was even a great pizza place across the way! The location was perfect, only a short walk away from the train station and a few good restaurants.
Sadly, we didn't enjoy the spa, as it wasn't hygienic, and I got a rash all over my body. , the AC was quite loud and there was a bit of noise coming from above us.
